I thought instead of rambling on about something pointless I would give you all a snapshot of my weekend.
Friday: My weekend actually began at 1:00 on Friday when I finished with classes. I spent Friday afternoon on the couch watching reruns of Project Runway with my roommates. Then we headed to the Boynton (a local restaurant- and by local I mean its a 2 minute walk from campus) for dinner. I spent Friday night watching the Bank Job with some of my friends that I hadn't seen in a while. Theres a new Redbox machine at the Price Chopper near campus- so we decided to rent a movie. I didn't love the movie but it made for an overall relaxing Friday.
Saturday: I started the day off in a productive manner- I read a chapter in my math book and took some notes. Then I studied for my next actuarial exam (I am taking the second exam: FM, in November). I spent the afternoon shopping at the Greendale Mall. Its not a very big mall but there is a GAP Outlet- which is my favorite store. Then Saturday night I went to the Rascal Flatts and Taylor Swift Concert with some friends from high school. The concert was at the Comcast Center (the old Tweeter Center)- not too bad of a drive, its a straight shot down 495.
Sunday: I slept in because I didn't get home until 1:00am. Then I went down to the local laudromat, Jim Dandy, and did some laundry- always fun. I did a few hours of homework and studying, and then when I got bored I baked some cookies for my roomies. Finally I finished off the weekend with some more tv Sunday night.
Overall this is what a typical weekend of mine looks like- not the concert ofcourse but thats about how busy I am and about how much time I spend relaxing vs doing work. I am very excited because next weekend I am going apple picking with my roomates from freshmen year... I'll try to remember to take some pictures :-)
